What we do

Screen Printing

At PX Design, every order is printed with care and attention to detail. Whether you need a small run for your business or a large order for an event, we handle the entire process in-house to ensure quality and consistency from start to finish.

We offer a variety of print placements, including:

  • Front prints
  • Back prints
  • Sleeve prints
  • Pocket prints
  • Specialty placements

Our preferred printing method is plastisol ink, which provides vibrant colors, excellent durability, and long-lasting results. With proper care, a quality screen print can last for years.

Artwork Requirements

To provide accurate quotes and mockups, high-resolution artwork is preferred.

Recommended file formats:

  • Vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG)
  • PSD
  • JPEG or PNG (300 DPI minimum)

For best results:

  • Resolution should be at least 300 DPI
  • Artwork size should be created at or near the final print size
  • High-quality files help ensure the sharpest possible print

If you have a mockup, reference image, or specific placement instructions, please include them when submitting your quote request.

Print Size Guidelines

Our maximum standard print area is approximately 12.5" x 14", though print size may vary depending on garment size and style.

For youth garments and smaller adult sizes, artwork may need to be scaled accordingly to maintain proper proportions and appearance.

Sleeve prints are typically limited to a maximum width of 4".

Custom Artwork & Design Services

Need help creating artwork? We offer logo design, illustration, and artwork preparation services. Design fees may apply depending on the complexity of the project.

Artwork Approval

All artwork and print layouts must be approved before production begins. Once approved, your order will move into production.

Content Policy

While we welcome a wide range of creative projects, PX Design reserves the right to decline artwork that promotes hate, discrimination, harassment, violence, or other offensive content.
